We are deeply saddened to share the passing of one of our favorite students, Maggie Garcia, a dedicated registered nurse and osteopathic manual practitioner in Memphis, Tennessee (USA).
Maggie was a graduate of the National Academy of Osteopathy and played a vital role in expanding the profession in the United States. We had the pleasure of teaching her in Toronto, where her boundless positive energy and warmth made her a cherished friend to many in the class.
Our heartfelt condolences go out to her family. We will always hold her in our heart and are truly grateful for the opportunity to have taught her and shared in her osteopathy journey.
May God bless her and her loved ones, and may her soul rest in peace.
