19 Mar FREE CRMO MEMBERSHIP
Dear NAO Students,
The past month has been one of the most challenging periods in our 15-year history. Unfortunately, Maria suffered a slip-and-fall accident in February, resulting in a fractured humerus. Initially, we hoped for a straightforward recovery, but doctors later determined she required surgery, including metal implants.
February is always a busy time at NAO, with students graduating and new ones enrolling. Last term marked our largest class to date, and this term has surpassed even that! With Maria away and limited time to train a replacement, a significant backlog developed, delaying certain administrative tasks.
I sincerely apologize for these delays. Today is March 19th, and we recognize that some students have not yet received their user IDs, passwords, or hard drives. Maria has been working tirelessly, often until 10 PM, with Liana assisting under her supervision. Our IT department is also working overtime to clear the backlog as quickly as possible.
If any student requires extra time to complete their program due to these delays, we will gladly accommodate them.
As a token of our gratitude for your patience and understanding, NAO is offering a $400 scholarship toward the first-year membership fee of the College of Registered Manual Osteopaths (CRMO). This scholarship is available exclusively to:
* NAO students graduating in February 2025
* NAO students enrolling in classes starting March 2025
Please note that this scholarship is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value. It can only be applied toward CRMO membership.
We are incredibly grateful for the trust and support you continue to show us. Thanks to your referrals, this term has become the largest in our history! Special thanks to Dr. Ladan Jenhe, who referred four massage therapists (and her husband), and Hiral Soni, who referred 11 students. Many others have also contributed, making this an unforgettable milestone for NAO.
We have learned valuable lessons from this experience and are implementing changes to ensure we handle similar situations more efficiently in the future.
Thank you once again for being part of our NAO family. Wishing you all a wonderful day.
