The Osteopathy TV has started its first project which is to make 100s of YouTube videos on specific muscle stretches. The first video has been uploaded today and it is about 7 different Biceps stretches. We hope these videos introduces the public, indirectly to the profession.
Manual osteopath/naprapath, Dr. Dasha Veprjitska, DOMP, BSc (Ost), MBA, DO (Spain), DN is making these videos for Osteopathy TV.
